Procedure to have a District or Assistant District Representative at your county meetings...
The protocol in requesting a representative at your county meetings would be for the local secretary/treasurer (or local President) to contact the State President with your request. The President will need to know at least the date and time, (and location, if known) of your meeting and will then coordinate with the District Representative for your area to attempt to schedule a District Representative or a Assistant District Representative to attend your county organization's meeting.
It is imperative at the local level, prior planning be made as to the date of your local meetings. No longer will it be possible to guarantee that a representative will be able to attend a county meeting with a notice of only two or three weeks. It is suggested meetings be set up as much in advance as possible in order to have a representative scheduled to attend as many meetings as possible. Plan ahead; Every effort will be made to have someone there for as many meetings as you schedule but remember that it may only be possible to schedule a committeeman for each respective county organization for two meetings each year.
